Following my military service, I transitioned into the insurance sector, where I gained invaluable experience as an insurance adjuster, working closely with major insurance companies to understand every aspect of the claims process. I became Haag certified to further solidify my commitment to excellence and attention to detail in the roofing field. I've had the privilege of serving as a sales manager for top local roofing companies, where I cultivated a deep understanding of customer needs and industry best practices. My experience has given me a unique perspective, enabling me to ensure that every client of BLUES CREWS receives the highest level of service, professionalism, and expertise. My name is Casey Layman and I have been in various sales positions for over 15 years, and in roofing and construction services for over 10 years. Originally from a small town in Indiana, I moved to San Antonio in 2014, where I met my beautiful wife, Ingrid Layman. My wife and I founded a company to offer home remodeling services which led me into roofing project management. I have managed commercial and residential projects and am a certified HAAG inspector. I’m fluent in Spanish and have worked closely with multilingual families to offer them top tier customer service. My experience in this industry has always been customer facing, so as an owner and operating manager of BLUES CREWS, my ambitions are to offer and maintain integrity in the roofing construction business, being able to stand by our word when it matters most, so homeowners feel secure in their choice for a roofing contractor.
