This is a long time coming, but well deserving of any time spent trying to find the right words. Back in September of this year, we discovered a leak in our attic around a roof protrusion. We discovered this leak about a week before some expected rain as we wanted the job done before the bad weather was here. Blues Crews listened to our needs, got to us fast, and gave us the info we needed to decide on the best and most efficient course of action given our circumstances. These guys discovered the cause (sketchy, rushed, cheap craftsmanship by our builder's subs -- as is the case in this home we still occupy) and gave us a good long term solution to our problem - one that prevents leaks yet to occur at the other protrusions since they all used the same pitiful flashings and boots as the first one. These guys were fast, friendly, thorough, very communicative and super flexible with our schedules. Their roof guy even worked into the late evening hours. From first contact to work complete, it took about 1 week to get it all done - and they found time in their already busy schedule to get it done before the next rain, which actually didn't really come for another month, but who can really predict the weather these days? The point is, they really listened to us, understood our urgency for having this problem fixed and did the job right. I am impressed with the level of service, professionalism, and even friendliness we received from the Founder, to the Senior Consultant that did the inspection, down to the worker on the roof. I know there are lot of roof construction companies out there and I am sure a lot of them do good work just like Blues Crews, but I believe I have found the guys I want on my roof and I am sure, given who the builder was, we will find other issues, of which Blue Crews will be my first call.
