I was so glad that I made the phone call to Blues Crews Roofing when I had hail damage on my roof. I had 3 other companies came by to inspect my roof but I decided to go with Blues Crews Roofing. Noai was very professional, honest, and did the job right. He was the only one that asked to see the attic to be sure there was no leaking. He came by when the insurance adjuster came to inspect my roof. Blues Crews Roofing was able to repair my roof while the other 3 roof companies told my roof could not be repaired. Alexis was so patient whenever I called for any questions. She was just happy to help. It made me feel very special. This company will be my go-to for sure. I had a mystery leak in my roof, and they came out to inspect it the same day I called. Brandon quickly identified the problem (a cracked pipe jack) and explained that improper installation had trapped water under the shingles and exacerbated the cracking. Several other pipe jacks on the roof had similar issues but weren't actively leaking, and they identified those areas for me as well.
I was given the choice to repair just the active leak area or all problem areas, and I ultimately decided to proceed with the more comprehensive repair option. The quoting process was low-pressure, educational, and fairly priced. I never felt like I was being sold something that wasn't necessary.
The team completed their work today with a very quick turnaround, and the repairs blend seamlessly with the existing roof. I'm very happy with the customer service I received as well as the quality of workmanship. Based on my positive experience I'd highly recommend Blue's Crews for roof repairs.
